We ensure high quality standards in terms of cleaning, hygiene and Covid-19 disinfection. You will find all the cleaning products you need.

check-in / check-out

We welcome our guests by explaining the characteristics and rules of the house. At the end of their stay we check that everything is in order and return the deposit.

Bureaucratic formalities

No worries! We take care of registering the contracts with the tax authorities and with the police if required.

Maintenance

We provide a basic maintenance service so that we can always provide assistance and avoid problems during the guest's stay.

Peace of mind

The guest provides all necessary documents: ID/passport, document proving the purpose of the stay (university admission or employment contract), financial references proving the ability to cover the rent on a continuous basis.

Secure payment and deposit

Payments only by bank transfer or credit cards. All our transactions are traceable. We collect the security deposit for you and at check-out we inspect the property and if everything is in order we return the security deposit.

Personal use

If there are no confirmed bookings you can use your flat whenever you want! Lock your dates in your landlord reserved area.
